By fully understanding your business processes and CRM objectives, eSolutions Force can help you implement salesforce.com quickly, affordably, and effectively. The typical implementation takes 3 to 8 weeks. To implement faster, eSolutions Force recommends a phased approach, implementing sales force automation first. Our implementation methodology includes the following services:

Kick-Off and Discovery.
At the Project Kick-Off Meeting we identify CRM objectives, key milestones, participants, timelines, and responsibilities. This meeting is shortly followed by Discovery sessions and questionnaires to determine your detailed requirements. We analyze your customer-related business processes, customization needs, and data requirements. This on-site meeting is facilitated with worksheets and questionnaires designed to maximize your time and resources.

Configuration.
Based on the knowledge gained in the Discovery phase, eSolutions Force will configure and customize salesforce.com to meet your specific needs. We review all changes with you. We make additional changes as necessary to ensure that your customization requirements are met.

Data Migration.
We work with you to migrate your current customer information (which may be stored in separate databases and other sources) into your salesforce.com database. We also offer direction in cleansing your data and advice to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Customization.
You probably have special customer information that does not fit the standard salesforce.com data model. We can customize salesforce.com for you, adding custom database tables, reports, queries, and forms for storing this information in a unified CRM system.

Training.
